It’s an unfortunate fact that there are some dodgy bingo sites out there, ones that belong on the rogue list and treat customers like something on the bottom of their shoe. However as the time came they started to renege on the deal and despite assurances they didn’t do as promised. We on the other hand did exactly as we said in record time and looking forward to being able to offer our readers a good deal and some free bingo, also no wagering requirements were on offer. This adds value to our content and helps readers get what they want so we were more than happy.
A frankly silly conversation happened with a director of this company who tried to justify his not having done as was promised. This was very worrying for us and for that reason we will NOT be showing their bingo sites as good, they are fully licensed, regulated and in a couple of instances established. But this means little if they can’t keep their word?
I may be old fashioned but we have to be able to trust the people we deal with, and we have to trust implicitly the bingo sites we play at. Without trust there is nothing, and if someone gives their word but does not deliver then you simply cannot trust that person or organization again.
To clarify it was the overall silly and childish behavior of a director of the bingo site that became the most alarming thing about the above. The are people who are supposed to be in business, professional and trusted by the UK gambling commission to run gambling activities online. It does make us worry for the future of this company and the handful of bingo site they operate.
For this reason and because it’s so important to be very careful online we are building a rouge bingo sites list which we will be publishing soon. We are also improving the way we score each bingo site and making sure readers can see the full scores out of 100 and the rating for each part of the test we perform. This is just one of the many improvements we have planned for and it should be a useful addition.
